A German movie that brings you into the last ten days of the Third Reich showing the "humanistic" side of Adolf Hitler when he was frustratedly facing his downfall. So daunting, so engaging, so realistic that gives me neck hair rising particulalrly when the wife of a Hitler's minister, an adamant Nazi loyalist who saw no future after Hitler's death, coldbloodly killed her six children with Hitler's suicide pills. So horrible this scence, I had a nightmare last night about the pill. Bruno Ganz played terrific as the Fuhrer.
